Jerica joined Folio Law Group in 2023 and supports attorneys in many aspects of patent litigation. Her experience includes drafting legal documents, coordinating and organizing depositions, and handling court filings across multiple federal district courts and the United States Court of Appeals. She is experienced in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), including Inter Partes Review (IPR) matters, where she assists in managing cases from initiation through resolution. Jerica regularly coordinates service of documents and conducts research related to entities and registered agents.

Prior to joining the firm, Jerica served as a Court Clerk with Natrona County Circuit Court, where she developed a strong foundation in civil procedure through close work with judges and attorneys. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming in 2021 and is known for her detail-oriented, efficient, and thorough approach to supporting complex litigation matters. Outside of the office, Jerica enjoys attending live music, exploring museums, reading, continuously learning, and spending time with her son.
