Jennifer is our Senior Paralegal who assists in all phases of IP litigation, from inception to trial, taking on an especially significant role in discovery matters.  Jen is experienced in many aspects of IP, including prosecution, litigation, licensing, post-grant, trademarks, and copyrights.

Jen has supported teams of up to fourteen attorneys, across 76 active litigations at one point in time. She has been the lead assistant in multiple pharmaceutical litigation matters for top generic pharma manufacturers. She’s handled, among other things, discovery in patent infringement litigations for the last twelve years.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Jen was the Senior Litigation Paralegal at Intellectual Ventures, and an IP Assistant at Knobbe Martens.  Jen received her Paralegal Certification in 1999 from Cal State San Marcos. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids in their newly adopted home state of Wyoming.
