Jennifer serves as Folio Law Group’s Director of Legal Operations and Human Resources, bringing nearly three decades of experience in litigation support. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys and clients throughout every stage of litigation, from case inception through trial, with particular expertise in eDiscovery, case management, and trial preparation.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has supported complex patent litigation matters involving a wide range of technologies and industries. Her experience also includes patent prosecution, licensing, post-grant proceedings, trademarks, and copyrights.

Before joining Folio Law Group in 2019, Jennifer served as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Intellectual Ventures and as an Intellectual Property Assistant at Knobbe Martens. She earned her Paralegal Certification from California State University San Marcos.

Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, and exploring her adopted home state of Wyoming.
